We are?excited to announce that Smoothie King Franchises has awarded Stovall Construction Inc. a contract for the first ground-up, stand alone Smoothie King. ?This new location in Dallas, Texas will be at the corner of Lemon Avenue and Reagan Street. ?This is a 1060 SF building with a drive thru lane. ?The City of Dallas has adopted a Green Code using the International Green Construction Code standards. ?This project will comply with IGCC codes as they relate to waste management, materials management and indoor air quality. ?Stovall Construction Inc. is on schedule with a projected open date of February 2015.
